How do I get a login for Brammer Online?

To request a login for Brammer Online, click on the ‘Login / Register’ option which appears in the top menu bar. On the following page click the ‘Register’ button on the right hand side of the page.

Fill in the required fields on the user registration form and accept the Brammer Online terms and conditions.  Once you have completed the form, click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the page to confirm your registration request.

Can I use my account immediately after registering?

All new Brammer Online account requests need to go through an activation process which takes up to two working days.  This is required to link your Brammer Online account to your existing trade account.

Once activated, you will receive an email to inform you that your account is ready to use.

I have registered but there is a message saying my account is not fully active?

It takes up to two working days to activate a new Brammer Online account.  Once activated, you will receive an email to inform you that your account is ready to use. If you have not received this e-mail after two working days, or if you have received it and still cannot login, then please contact your local Brammer branch on 0870 240 2100 or via e-mail at

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, go to the login page and click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link which appears in the Existing User Login section. You will then be asked to enter the email address associated with your Brammer Online account (this will be the one you normally use to login). Once you have entered your e-mail address, click the ‘Send’ button and you should automatically receive an email which will contain a link that enables you to reset your Brammer Online password.

Why can't I log into my Brammer Online Account?

If you are having difficulty logging in, you may be getting one of the following messages:

“Invalid e-mail address or password”

Please ensure that you are logging in using the e-mail address that you registered with and either the password that you registered with or the most recent password that you have created.  If you have forgotten your password, see ‘I have forgotten my password‘ for more information on how to reset it.

“Your account is awaiting verification and is not yet active. We will be in touch shortly.”

If you have registered within the last two working days ago, your account may not have been activated yet.
