How do I add items to my shopping basket?

Once you have logged into your Brammer Online account, you can add items to your shopping basket in a number of ways:

  • From the search results page – Enter the required quantity in the quantity box against any item and click on the shopping basket icon.

 

  • From the product details page - Enter the required quantity in the quantity box and click on the shopping basket icon.

 

  • From the shopping list page – Once you have saved the required quantities, there are three ways of adding items to your shopping basket from the shopping list page:

    (1) Click on the shopping basket icon next to the required item,

    (2) Tick the box next to the required items and click the ‘Add Selected Item to Basket’ button,

    (3) Add all shopping list items by clicking on the ‘Add All Items to Basket’ button.For more information on shopping lists, go to the ‘Creating  Shopping Lists’ category with the Help section.


How do I view my shopping basket?

Once you have logged into your Brammer Online account, you can view your shopping basket by either clicking on the shopping basket icon in the top right hand corner of Brammer Online or by clicking on the ‘Shopping Basket’ option in the top menu bar.


How do I delete items from my shopping basket?

Within your shopping basket, you can quickly delete items by clicking the red cross against the item you wish to delete.

To delete multiple items at the same time, tick the box next to the items you wish to delete and click the ‘Remove’ button.


How do I change the item quantity in my shopping basket?

Within your shopping basket, you can amend item quantities by entering the required quantity in the quantity box against any item and clicking the ‘Update’ button.


Can I save a shopping basket for future purchase?

Your shopping basket is automatically saved until you choose to buy the items held within your basket.

In addition to this, you are able to add items to a shopping list which can be reused as many times as you require.  For more information on shopping lists, go to the ‘Creating Shopping Lists’ category with the Help section.


What is the maximum number of items I can add to my shopping basket?

You can add up to 99 items to your shopping basket.


How do I change my delivery address?

From the shopping basket page, you can select a different saved address from your address book by clicking on the ‘Saved Addresses’ button located on the right hand side of your screen below the default delivery address.  On the pop-up window that appears, click the ‘Select Address’ option which appears underneath the address you wish to use then click the ‘Save’ button.

To create a new address instead, click on the ‘Add Address’ button, complete all required fields on the pop-up window that appears and click the 'Save Changes' button.


How do I amend or cancel an order?

If you would like to amend or cancel an existing order after it has been submitted, please contact your local branch on 0870 240 2100.


Are orders shipped complete?

All items are despatched in a single shipment as standard.  However, you can request that individual items are despatched as soon as they are available by un-ticking the ‘Complete delivery order’ box within the shopping basket at point of order.

Please note that additional carriage charges may be incurred if you choose to part-ship items as they become available.

 

Can I customise my delivery schedule?
