What delivery options do you offer?

Brammer Online currently offers a standard delivery option on all orders.  When you add an item to your basket, an estimated delivery date will be displayed against each line item which reflects stock availability.

If you require a same day or specific timed delivery, please contact your local branch on 0870 240 2100 for further information.

 

When do you deliver?

General delivery times are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.

If you require a weekend or specific time delivery, please contact your local branch on 0870 240 2100 for further information.

 

Can I track my order online?

Once you have logged into your Brammer Online account, click the ‘Order History’ option on the top menu bar.

Alternatively, you can click the ‘My Account’ option which appears on the top menu bar, then click on the ‘Orders’ option on the drop down menu that appears.

On the page that appears, you will see a list of all your orders placed on Brammer Online along with one of the following order statuses:

  • In Progress - Indicates that your order has been received and is currently being processed.

 

  • Despatched - Indicates that your order has been despatched to you.

Clicking on the specific order that you are interested in will bring up a pop-up window that provides the estimated delivery date for individual lines on the order.

If you have not received an item by the estimated delivery date, please contact your local branch on 0870 240 2100.

 

What delivery charges apply?

Carriage charges are applied to all orders as per existing account terms.  If you have any questions regarding your current account terms, please contact your local branch on 0870 240 2100.

 

My order hasn’t arrived.  What do I do?

If you have placed an order on Brammer Online and have not received it by the estimated delivery date, please contact your local branch on 0870 240 2100 with your order details to hand.  For more information on tracking your order online, see ‘Can I track my order online?’.
