Manage My Details

How do I view my Brammer Online account details?

Once you have logged into your Brammer Online account, click the ‘My Account’ option which appears on the toolbar at the top of any screen in Brammer Online, then click on the ‘My Account’ option on the drop down menu that appears.


How do I change my password?

Select the ‘Change Password’ tab within the ‘My Account’ section of Brammer Online (for more info, see ‘How do I view my Brammer Online account details?’).

On the page that appears, enter your current password along with the new password you wish to use and click the 'Save Changes' button.

If you have forgotten your password and cannot access this feature, please see ‘I have forgotten my password’ for information on how to reset your password.

How do I change my company account details?

Select the ‘Company Account Details’ tab within the ‘My Account’ section of Brammer Online (for more info, see ‘How do I view my Brammer Online account details?’).

Click the ‘Request Changes’ button at the bottom of the page that appears.  You should then be able to edit the current information within the text fields.  Once you have updated your company account details, click the ‘Submit Changes’ button.

Following submission of these changes, you should receive an email confirming the requested changes.  These will be processed within two working days and your Brammer Online account updated accordingly.

If your online details have not been updated within two working days, please contact your local Brammer branch on 0870 240 2100.


How do I change my user details?

Select the ‘User Details’ tab within the ‘My Account’ section of Brammer Online (for more info, see ‘How do I view my Brammer Online account details?’).

To update your details, overtype the information in the relevant fields as required and click the 'Submit Changes' button.


How do I add an address to my address book?

There are two ways that you can add an address to your address book.

  • From the My Account section – Select the ‘Address Book’ tab within the ‘My Account’ section of Brammer Online (for more info, see ‘How do I view my Brammer Online account details?’).  Click on the ‘Add Address’ button located on the right hand side of your screen below the default delivery address.  Complete all required fields on the Add Address page that appears and click the 'Save Changes' button.

 

  • From the shopping basket - Click on the ‘Add Address’ button located on the right hand side of your screen below the delivery address.  Complete all required fields on the pop-up window that appears and click the 'Save Changes' button.


How do I amend an address in my address book?

Select the ‘Address Book’ tab within the ‘My Account’ section of Brammer Online (for more info, see ‘How do I view my Brammer Online account details?’).

Click the ‘Edit’ button which appears underneath the address you wish amend.  On the page that appears, overtype the information in the relevant fields as required and click the 'Save Changes' button.

How do I change my default delivery address?

Select the ‘Address Book’ tab within the ‘My Account’ section of Brammer Online (for more info, see ‘How do I view my Brammer Online account details?’).

If you wish to use your invoice address as the default delivery address, click the ‘Make Default Delivery Address’ button which appears underneath your invoice address on the left hand side of the page.

If you wish to use a different address from your address book, click the ‘Make Default Delivery Address’ button which appears underneath the chosen address within the alternative delivery addresses list on the right hand side of the page.
