I cannot remember my password, what do I do?

To reset your password, go to the login page and click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link which appears in the Existing User Login section.

You will then be asked to enter the email address associated with your Brammer Online account (this will be the one you normally use to login).

Once you have entered your e-mail address, click the ‘Send’ button and you should automatically receive an email which will contain a link that enables you to reset your Brammer Online password.


How do I order an item that is not available on the site?

The range of products offered on Brammer Online represents your fastest-moving items.  If you wish to order something outside of this range, please contact your local branch on 0870 240 2100 and order it through your account as normal.
